At ZEYAA Jewels, your happiness matters to us. We want your order to reach you safely, beautifully packed, and on time. That’s why we work with trusted courier partners to make sure your jewellery is delivered securely and as quickly as possible.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and SMS.
You can then follow your parcel’s journey directly on the courier partner’s website.
⏳ Processing & Handling Time
We carefully process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order this helps ensure a smooth delivery experience.
🚚 Lost or Missing Parcels
We do our very best to make sure your parcel reaches you safely. However, in the rare event that your order appears lost, delayed, or undelivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
You’ll receive regular SMS/email updates from the courier, so we request you to kindly keep track of your order and notify us quickly if something seems wrong. Once informed, we will raise a dispute with the courier and begin an investigation.
💬 Important to note:
A dispute cannot be raised after 72 hours of the courier marking the parcel as “Delivered”.
We won’t be able to assist if the parcel is reported missing several days after being marked delivered.
Courier investigations usually take 10–21 days. Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once we receive an official confirmation from the courier that the parcel is lost.
